The castle’s Kitchen and Tavern

In the castle kitchen, we prepare dishes inspired by the Middle Ages, drawing from historical recipes and festive dining traditions.

We cater both welcome and coffee tables as well as full banquet meals. Flexible options are available – from a simple welcome or coffee table to a full banquet in the castle tavern or the pilgrims’ house.

In autumn, winter, and spring, the tavern opens by prior arrangement only, preparing and serving pre-ordered festive meals.

Banquets held in the pilgrims’ house kitchen hall are suitable for groups of 15–25 people. Banquets in the castle tavern can accommodate groups of 15–100 people.

During the summer season, the tavern is open from the second week of June until Mid-August.
